5-15-2012

Pryor's Kelsey Graham won double gold at the Class 5A State Track & Field championships last Saturday at Yukon.
Graham won every 800-meter race she entered this season, and was the No. 1-ranked 800-meter runner in Class 5A.
She tied her personal best 2:17 to win gold.
About two hours later, ranked No. 5 in Class 5A in the 1600, she ran six seconds faster than ever before (5:17) and stunned the front runners in the final 250 meters.
The Conference, Regional and State champion, who is going to Oklahoma Baptist University on track/cross country scholarship, now competes in the "Meet of Champions" at Moore against state champions and state runners up from all classes.
She is currently ranked No. 2 in the State in the 800-meter run among all champions.
